Frozen

To guarantee freshness, our fruit and vegetables are frozen as fast as possible. The IQF technique allows for small ice crystals to take shape, which keeps the fruit’s cell structure intact and which — all science aside — just tastes better.

IQF pellets, produced with our partner Cube, have many advantages. One: they’re easy to portion. You use what you need, and what is left goes back into the freezer. Two: we offer ready-to-mix smoothies. Just melt, mix and it’s done. Three: since some fruit (like passion fruit) cannot be frozen as a whole, pellets are the solution if you want to add that taste to your recipe. Four: for purees, we can produce per pallet, so you can order in a smaller quantity.
