The difference with juice is that purees also contain fibrous material. We offer a range of organic fruit and vegetable purees in drums or cartons, all certified organic and suitable for baby food.

The rules to earn an organic label are strict, but that’s nothing compared to regulations for our smallest ones. Nature Favours can meet all requirements and follows up on the external analysis for you.
Pasteurized or non-heat-treated
Most fruit and vegetables are pasteurized and aseptically packaged. However, this heat treatment can make the colour darker, which you may want to avoid. In those cases, we skip pasteurization and freeze instantly after pressing. That does mean you’ll need a crusher for further processing. Ask us for advice!
Frozen
For some applications or small doses, it’s easier to order puree in frozen pellets. Details in the “frozen” section of the menu.
